Consistent cost management and savings retained clients while increasing consulting revenue. Examples: ·

  •  Client A: Showed client how to implement self-funded plans for consistent and substantial annual savings as well as controlled costs. Initial savings from $100,000 a year to well over $1,000,000 as one of the largest client systems in the area.
  • Client B: Obtained PEO coverage where prior broker failed and increased savings from $2,000 to $450,000. 
  • Client C: showed client how to implement self-funded and self-administered Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) for a $2,000,000 initial savings. Retained client and assisted with multi-state expansion plans.  

Executive Compensation, Individual & Special Risk

  •  Produced, designed and implemented unique plans for top executives that passively retained risk because of typical caps in the employer based plans. Advised and implemented both corporate and personal asset protection programs for the C-Suite 
  • Individual benefits for persons affiliated with corporations.
  • Secured Special Risk coverage for typically uninsurable events or individuals such as corporate executives, specific events, high risk travel, entertainment clients, and buy/sell contracts.  

Union Negotiations

 Assisted clients with equity comparisons of employee benefits for union negotiations. Attended and presented benefits to the unions in behalf of the client as well as assisted in the direct negotiations with the unions for a "win-win-win" plan savings for the employee/ union/ employer.    

Elective/Voluntary Benefits

  Created a new product and produced, designed and implemented voluntary benefit plans for employer based groups with the carrier funding a new system or process.  Recipient of several top producer awards.    

Financial Analysis/ Data mining/Predictive Modeling

Client financial analysis including predictive modeling for employee benefits budgeting, corporate national panel to design and implement corporate standards for financial analysis.
